The Little Poffertje Pancake Shack is all about serving the freshest pancakes with Quality sweet and savoury toppings. we use only recyclable packaging and care strongly about the environment.
Our Poffertjes are a Dutch Mini Pancake that is traditionally served with icing sugar and Butter. The Poffertjes are made with a blend of flours including Buckwheat to give a slightly nutty taste.We attend many festivals and street food events serving our sweet and savory food. we are also available for private Parties,Birthdays,Weddings etc
We have 2 Pancake Shacks and our Savoury Nacho 71 Dept that serves loaded Nachos,Tacos & Sloppy Joes
